The award ceremony will be held on May 11th at the Center Court of Harford Mall in Bel Air. Submissions for Harford’s Most Beautiful Baby will be accepted until March 31st (see contest rules for details). Voting will open on April 1st and close on April 30th.

A group of judges including Sandi Linkous of Merle Norman Salon and Spa, Debra McCollum of Jones Junction and Karen Hensley RNC-PEDS, BSN of Upper Chesapeake Health - Family Birthplace, Lance Hersh of Saxon’s and Michelle Horner of GIRLEEgurlz will choose the contest winner from the top 10 highest vote getter on the photo contest website.
